Insight

See your business the way your customers do, before spending a dollar on design.

Insight is an honest outside look at your business: how customers find you, what they see, where they hesitate and where your time goes. It turns hunches into facts you can act on.

Stage 1 of 3 · About 1 week

Why we start here

Most businesses start with a new logo or a new website, because that is what they can see. But a new look cannot fix a problem nobody has named. Insight names it first, so every dollar after this goes to the right place.

What we do

  1. 01

    We talk with you

A 60-minute session with you and anyone who answers customers. How the business really works, who buys, and why some people do not.

  2. 02

    We look from the outside

We find you the way a customer would. We read your website, reviews and socials, and the three competitors your customers compare you with.

  3. 03

    We name the main problem

We write down the one problem worth fixing first, with the evidence behind it, and a proposal to fix it.

You leave with The main problem in writing, and a proposal · About 1 week

If you skip it

You pay to fix the wrong thing. A new website will not help if customers leave because nobody answers the phone. A new logo will not help if people cannot tell what you sell. Without Insight, the brand and the website are guesses.

A real example

VAG Parts, a Sydney importer of genuine Volkswagen Group parts, thought it needed more staff. Before proposing anything we pulled 208 emails from the shared inbox and sorted every one. 34% were paying customers asking where their order was. The problem was not people. It was that nobody told customers anything while they waited.

Services in Insight

Strategic DiscoverySixty minutes that decide what is worth doing.

Why Insight comes before Direction

Direction decides who you are for and what you promise. Those answers have to come from what customers actually do, not from what anyone guesses. Insight gives Direction its facts.

Direction

Decide who you are for and why they should choose you, then make the brand look and sound like it.
